Who I Am
I'm a data analyst who treats BI like software engineering. Instead of point-and-click dashboards, I lean on code-first workflows — version-controlled semantic models with Power BI Projects (PBIP), Git-based collaboration, and AI-assisted development with tools like Claude Code — to build analytics that are easier to diff, review, and maintain.
Outside of core analytics, I'm an open-source enthusiast who spends a lot of time self-hosting services, running Linux, and containerizing things with Docker. I also enjoy full-stack web development with Svelte and SvelteKit — this site included.
I'm constantly learning new tools and techniques to sharpen my analytical work, and I like writing about what I find along the way — through this blog, open-source contributions, and community discussion.

⚡ What I'm Focused On Now
- Building an enterprise data warehouse with a medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold), using Azure Data Factory for orchestration and dbt for transformations.
- Layering Power BI semantic models and reporting on top of that warehouse.
- Refining code-first, AI-assisted Power BI workflows with PBIP and Claude Code.
